Ohio State University officials say three students were slashed with a box cutter near the Columbus campus early Wednesday morning.
Police say the incident happened near the intersection of North High Street and Lane Avenue around 12:40 a.m.
In an emailed statement, a university spokesman said 鈥渢his incident started as an altercation between three students off-campus. One pulled out a box cutter which ended up causing cutting injuries to all three.鈥�
The spokesman said there were two suspects and one victim. Police say one suspect is in custody. All three people are expected to survive.
