Tuesday is primary election day. The polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Ohio.
In Columbus, voters will be choosing among Tiara Ross, Jesse Vogel and Kate Curry-Da-Souza running for Columbus City Council's District 7, which covers downtown and nearby neighborhoods. The top two vote getters advance to the November election.
Ten candidates are running for the Columbus school board. Voters can choose up to three candidates. The top six vote-getters will move on to November to run for three positions.

Other key area races include the Democratic primary for Hilliard City Council, where seven candidates are seeking nominations for four seats.
Marysville, Groveport-Madison, Jonathan Alder and Teays Valley are among the area school districts with levies on the ballot.
Blendon Township is back with an additional 4.48-mill levy for police. That would cost property owners an additional $157 a year for each $100,000 of the county's appraised evaluation.
Voters in Delaware County and parts of Franklin, Marion, Morrow and Union counties will be voting on an additional 1-mill levy for the Delaware County District Library.
Also on the ballot is State Issue 2, a renewal of the state capital improvements program. It's a 40-year-old initiative that allows the state to issue bonds to pay for those improvements. The renewal includes an increase in borrowing authority to up to $2.5 billion over 10 years.
Franklin County Board of Elections' spokesman Aaron Sellers said in an email that turnout will probably be in the single digits countywide. Sellers also said 5,943 voters cast ballots in-person in early voting at the Board of Elections' office on Morse Road, and another 6,982 voters asked for ballots in order to vote by mail.
