The Food and Drug Administration recently expanded emergency use authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to include children ages 12 to 15.
There have been no serious safety concerns involving children so far in clinical trials, however many parents share a degree of hesitancy in getting their child the shot.
