From Post Office to Otie's Tavern: Unveiling Hilliard's History

1m 20s

Loraine Wilmers of the Columbus Metropolitan Library presents a captivating photo of the post office and rural carriers in Hilliard, Ohio, dating back to 1912-1913. This post office not only served as a hub for mail delivery across Norwich Township and Hilliard Station but also doubled as a grocery and dry goods store. Remarkably, the building still stands today, now known as the Otie's Tavern.
